The warranty on the Edmond bag covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse, machine washing, normal wear and tear, or theft.

Should you wish to return your bag for any reason, unused or unaltered merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service at support@lhgoods.com for assistance with returns and exchanges.

Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. A printed copy of the order receipt or packing slip must also be included.

This product was produced with strict quality and process controls by a manufacturer in Korea.

If the bag is found to have a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty period, it may be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service at support@lhgoods.com for assistance with the return process.
